Rob: Death and taxes. Well, we may just need to add healthcare to Benjamin Franklin's list of things in life that are just inevitable. Within two decades, more than sixty percent of Oklahomans will be over the age of sixty-five. And with age comes the need for healthcare. In fact, the elderly consume up to three times more healthcare than younger age groups. In 2004, healthcare was the second largest employer in our state and will only grow, as we grow older.
