Rob: All of us are feeling the squeeze of higher fuel prices, and it’s getting even tighter when you run out. In our weekly telegram, our traveling correspondent, Will Roberts, hits the road, and stays there. Will Roberts: Well this week folks, I’m going to give you a little tip; and it won’t cost you a single penny. Yep, it’s absolutely free. You just have to pay attention. I mean, pay attention. I mean, just listen. It’s a way of finding gas that’s cheaper, and the way to do it is, online. I found this web site, and there are many of them, that will show you the cheapest prices in your area. You see, recently I was taking a long trip in Wyoming; and after filling up a few times, I noticed the tank was on empty; and well, I ran out of gas. I could have sworn I had just filled up. I was going from Sheridan to Cheyenne, six hours, gave me enough time to count the lines on the road and the bugs on the windshield. So, I took a nature walk, to get some gas. Even if I did find gas though, it would have cost me a small fortune. I don’t even have a gas can. What am I going to do, put it in a Starbucks cup? But, I did have one of those automobile cards. They’re going to bring me free gas. I just had to wait. And wait. So, I kept myself busy; Hello; Hello; a little bit of trick roping, got caught up with my newspapers, online. I did notice though that folks drove by me, and kept driving by me, and they didn’t stop. Finally someone showed up. They didn’t look like I thought they would, but brother, anybody with a gas can is a friend of mine. So I was off to the races. Alarm clock rings. I had a dream I ran out of gas, and that gas was almost four dollars a gallon; ouch, ouch. I’m glad it was just a dream, because that would be a nightmare. Ouch. I’m Will Roberts, and this is your weekly telegram.
