Rob: One of my favorite movie scenes is from the first Indiana Jones blockbuster. In the film, Harrison Ford’s character finds himself face-to-face with a sword-wielding, ninja-looking warrior. But rather than go for his trusty whip, Indiana just pulls out a gun and shoots him, a stark reminder, it’s never good to show up to a gunfight with a knife, something I find quite relevant in today’s changing economy. We find ourselves in a tumultuous time where the rules and economic principles of yesterday may no longer apply. So whether we are talking about financially troubled companies or workers just trying to hold onto a job, it’s time we begin loading our economic big guns, because we may be in for more than just a knife fight. I’m Rob McClendon. Thanks for watching. See you next time.
